Charges are not prorated, refunded or carried-over.  Rents are due in advance. Additional charge applies if paid by the month.  

Electric Cost: Electricity is sub-metered by Rollin Homes and not the local energy supplier. Resident’s sub-metered bills are calculated pursuant to P.U.C. subst. R. 25.142 © (1) (G), no administrative charge may be added by the Texas State Law.
